The Watchers (Genesis 6)
Genesis 6 describes the "sons of God" and the Nephilim before the flood. Later Jewish writings called these beings Watchers and described them as angels who came to earth and contributed to the corruption of humanity before the flood.
Enoch Walks with God
Enoch was a man who lived before the flood and is described as walking faithfully with God. Instead of dying like others, God took him away (Genesis 5:24), making him one of the most mysterious figures in the early Bible.
The Nephilim
The Nephilim were mysterious figures mentioned in Genesis before the flood and later in Numbers. They were described as mighty men or giants and lived during a time when human wickedness increased greatly on the earth (Genesis 6:4). Their existence is connected to the events that led to the flood in the days of Noah.
