The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is the primary cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Indiana.  The parish was established in 1836, making it the oldest in Fort Wayne. The church was erected in 1860.

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is a Catholic cathedral in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. It is the seat of the Diocese of Memphis. 

Immaculate Conception parish was established in 1921. The parish's first pastor built a three-story brick building that served as a combination church and school. It continues to serve the parish today as its school building. The Sisters of Mercy made up the school's first faculty.

Pope Paul VI established the Diocese of Memphis on January 6, 1971. Immaculate Conception was named as the new diocese's cathedral.

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is a historic cathedral in Portland, Maine which serves as seat of the Diocese of Portland. The church is an imposing Gothic Revival structure built in 1866–69. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and Until 2023, it was the tallest building in Portland.
