Herod Philip II , tetrarch 4 B.C.– A.D. 34 , was son of Herod the Great and Cleopatra of Jerusalem. He was educated in Rome with his half brother Archelaus. He is not to be confused with his half-brother, Herod Philip I, (also called Herod II), who was son of Herod the Great and Mariamne II.

Agrippa I, also called Agrippa the Great was the last king of the Jews. He should also not be confused with Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa (c. 63 B.C.–12 B.C.), who was a well known Roman statesman and general.

Agrippa II was a Roman client king who sided with Rome against his Jewish countrymen during the First Jewish War of 66-73. The son of Agrippa I, he was the seventh and last king of the family of Herod the Great.
