Hell
Hell, in the Bible, is the place of final judgment and separation from God, reserved for those who reject Him. It is presented not merely as a symbolic idea, but as a real and sobering reality within the biblical worldview. Jesus Himself spoke of Hell more frequently than any other figure in Scripture, warning of its consequences and urging repentance. He described it as a place of “everlasting fire” prepared for the devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41), and as a realm where there is “weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 13:42).
Holiness
Holiness, in the Bible, is one of the most central and defining attributes of God and one of the primary callings for His people. At its most basic level, holiness means being “set apart,” sacred, or devoted to God. The Hebrew word most often translated as “holy” (qodesh) conveys the idea of separation from what is common and dedication to what belongs to God .
