a visit with jesus

 AVisitWithJesus: Welcome

AVisitWithJesus is a resource intended for the use of Christians as well as non-Christians who are in a search of answers.

Content here includes information on the Bible along with historical, geographical and archeological presentations that help visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the Christian faith and its basis. Those who are agnostic but curious will find much worth reviewing here. Similarly, practicing Christians will discover materials that will help them to "always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have."
(1 Peter 3:15-16)

Families can explore Christian art and Bible puzzles, read Bible stories and daily devotionals and view music videos from an extensive library . Teens and adults will also find many items of interest in the "Learning" menu.

We encourage site users to become members in order that they themselves may become contributors. (Membership is free.) It is our hope that a growing population of members will help us to produce an ever-expanding library of content that can be shared by the online community of believers. Members who share content will help this resource become a blessing to those wishing to network with, and learn from, other people of faith.

Among the resources that members help to provide are:

  • Articles with reviews
  • Book recommmendations and reviews
  • Forum postings
  • Movie reviews
  • Podcast recommendations
  • Video recommmendations and reviews

Members also share information with one another on a variety of topics of concern, including parenting and child-rearing issues, social trends and educational perspectives on school choice and homeschooling. Membership also enables logged-in users to create their own music video playlists.

Leadership: 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.'
John 3:16

It is important to note that the materials presented here are purposely non-denominational in nature, seeking to be "merely Christian" in the sense that C.S. Lewis used the term. Our desire is to draw more followers to Christ and to help cement the faith of those who have already committed themselves to the Savior.
