When I was searching
Your love was never far
You made a way to get to me
You were the whisper
Leading me to Your heart
Forever I belong to You
Now I can see clearly
My God You are for me
You won't let go
Your love won't let me down
And I know it's true
Yeah, I know that Your...
Love is all around
I believe in You
Holding on to You

Holding on and I know You will never fail
I want all of You
You never change
Your love won't let me down

Love won't let me down
Love won't let me
Love won't let me
Right when I need You
You listen as I pray
You'd leave the ninety-nine for me
You paint the sky with
Promises of Your grace
So I would find my way to You
Now I can see clearly
My God You are for me
You won't let go

Your love won't let me down
And I know it's true
Yeah, I know that Your...
Love is all around
I believe in You
Holding on to You
Holding on and I know You will never fail
I want all of You
You never change
Your love won't let me down

Love won't let me down
Love won't let me
Love won't let me
Holding on and I know You will never fail
I want all of You
You never change
Your love won't let me down
Love won't let me

LYRICS:
For the longest time, I believed the lie
That I'm not a strong enough believer
To be the friend that can take your hand
And lead you straight to Jesus
I'm waitin' on the preachers, singers and the teachers
To string the perfect words together
But every single time I have to say goodbye
I wonder, will this be the last time?
I can't call myself your friend and walk away

When we love, we earn the right to speak the truth
When we speak truth, we show the world we truly love
I'm not pointin' my finger, I'm holding out my hand
I lay it all on the line now to see God save my friend
Let my life and my words be the proof
I'm gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
Gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)

Yes, God is love, but God is just
And we are separated in our darkness
So God let Him who knew no sin
To become sin to make us right with Him
It's not about religion or earning God's forgiveness
With magic prayers or new behavior
It's all about your heart, He'll meet you where you are
Turn from your sin and trust in Christ as Lord

Jesus is the Truth, the Life, the Way

When we love, we earn the right to speak the truth
When we speak truth, we show the world we truly love
I'm not pointin' my finger, I'm holding out my hand
I lay it all on the line now to see God save my friend
Let my life and my words be the proof
I'm gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
Gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)

How I've prayed for this moment, that you would finally see
That God is more than religion, a stained-glass fantasy
And how I've prayed for the courage, for my silent faith to speak
Or that God would just send you a better friend than me

When we love, we earn the right to speak the truth
When we speak truth, we show the world we truly love
I'm not pointin' my finger, I'm holding out my hand
I lay it all on the line now to see God save my friend
Let my life and my words be the proof
I'm gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
Gonna love you with the truth (Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)

(Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)
(Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh)

LYRICS:
Ooh

Sometimes I feel like I'm alone
A bit too broken, unseen, unknown
Sometimes the doubt starts creeping in
So come remind me once again

I am believed in, I am held on to
Don't have to wonder who I belong to
I'm always wanted, always known
And always treasured, it's true
I am loved by you

Hmm, it's in your blood, it's in your scars
How far you'd go to reach my heart
You call me chosen, you call me yours
And that's all that matters forevermore

I am believed in, I am held on to
Don't have to wonder who I belong to
I'm always wanted, always known
And always treasured, it's true
I am loved by you

Loved by you
Ooh, yeah

I don't deserve it, I never could
But you're just that faithful, you're just that good
How lovely it is to be loved by you
I don't deserve it, I never could
But you're just that faithful, you're just that good
How lovely it is to be loved by you, yeah!

I am believed in (I am believed in), I am held on to (held on to)
Don't have to wonder (I don't have to) who I belong to (who I belong to)
I'm always wanted, always known
And always treasured, it's true (it's true, it's true)
I am loved by you

I am loved by you
I am loved, loved by you, oh, yeah
I am loved by you

LYRICS:
I let go long ago
Thinking I knew everything
I let love in my soul
Started listening to the choir sing

When I laid down all my pride
Was a death that saved my life
And that’s how I know
The darkest nights
Still end with the sunrise

Love’s got a way
Of bringing healing to a heart in pain
Making beauty from the ashes
Breaking chains one after another
Putting old lies to shame

Love’s got a way
Of looking straight into the eyes of hate
Still believing that a world can change
Hold on my sisters and brothers
The mountain looks too grеat
But love’s got a way

Oh - oh, oh - oh, yeah, yeah, yеah
Love’s got a way, oh - oh, oh - oh

The truth of its nature
It's always give and never take
It flows with that freedom
Surrendering itself away

Carves canyons through the stone
Tells the rivers to run home
And that’s how I know
There’s a hand in mine
Walking this long road

Love’s got a way
Of bringing healing to a heart in pain
Making beauty from the ashes
Breaking chains one after another
Putting old lies to shame

Love’s got a way
Of looking straight into the eyes of hate
Still believing that a world can change
Hold on my sisters and brothers
The mountain looks too great
But love’s got a way

Oh - oh, oh - oh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Love’s got a way, oh - oh, oh - oh
I'm getting out of the way, way, way of love
I'm getting out of the way, way, way of love
I’m letting go and learning to trust You
I’m letting love do what it does
Getting out of the way, way, way of love

Of love (love)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Love’s got a way
Of bringing healing to a heart in pain
Making beauty from the ashes
Breaking chains one after another
Putting old lies to shame

Love’s got a way
Of looking straight into the eyes of hate
Still believing that a world can change
Hold on my sisters and brothers
The mountain looks too great
But love’s got a way

Oh - oh, oh - oh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Love’s got a way, oh - oh, oh - oh

LYRICS:
Your eyes are brown
My eyes are blue
But that doesn't mean
That I can't love you
You've found a place
Here in my heart
So take my hand and
We can start

Loving each other
Loving the Lord
Serving together in one accord
There's not young or old here
There's no rich or poor
Loving each other
Loving the Lord

Your eyes are brown
My eyes are blue
He gave His life for me
And for you
We all have a place
Here in his heart
So give me your hand
And we will start

The colors of the sunset, and of skin
They were all created
To glorify him

Your eyes are brown
My eyes are blue
That doesn't mean I can't love you

"Loving Shepherd of Thy Sheep" is set to the tune "Buckland", composed by Leighton Hayne..
The words reflect a prayer for those that are faced with the trials and tribulations of today, and that faith is kept:

"Loving Shepherd of Thy sheep,
Keep Thy lamb, in safety keep;
Nothing can Thy power withstand;
None can pluck me from Thy hand.
May they praise you ev'ry day,
gladly all your will obey,
like your blessed ones above,
happy in your precious love."

This tune is also set to other hymns, such as "Savior, Teach Me, Day by Day" and "Gracious Spirit! Love Divine!"

LYRICS:
I could never earn Your heart
I could never reach that far
But You have pulled me close, You'll never let me go
I'm safe forever in Your arms
Your promises I cannot break
And I know You will never change

Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal

More faithful than the rising sun
This grace for me, I can't outrun
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal

You are always there for me
You listen every time I speak
You look into my eyes, see the things I hide
And say that You will never leave
Your promises I cannot break
And I know You will never change

Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal

More faithful than the rising sun
This grace for me, I can't outrun
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal

When my world shakes
Your love remains unshaken (unshaken)
So constant, so perfect, unwavering (unwavering)
When my world falls
Your love remains unfailing (unfailing)
So constant, so perfect, unwavering (unwavering)
So constant, so perfect, unwavering

Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal
Your love is
Your love is
Your love is loyal

More faithful than the rising sun
This grace for me, I can't outrun
Your love is, yeah
Your love is
Your love is loyal
Oh, your love
Loyal

This is the chant which was set to be sung to the Nunc Dimittis with antiphons during the rite of Blessing the Candles at Candelmass in the old Roman Rite
The Candlemas Procession (February 2): Lumen ad Revelationem Gentium
It's customary to celebrate the Feast of the Presentation (AKA Candlemas. observed on February 2) with a Procession just before the start of the Eucharist itself (or before the start of Evensong). Here is the antiphon Lumen ad revelationem gentium, one of three antiphons sung during that Procession; its name (in English, "A light to enlighten the Gentiles") is taken from a line in the Nunc Dimittis. The Nunc is the Compline Canticle, and is also known as "The Song of Simeon"; its text is taken, verbatim, from Luke 2: 29-32.

The text of the chant itself is, in fact, the complete Nunc Dimittis; the Lumen refrain is sung between each verse.

Lux Aurumque is a choral composition in one movement by Eric Whitacre. It is a Christmas piece based on a Latin poem of the same name, which translates as "Light, warm and heavy as pure gold, and the angels sing softly to the new born babe". In 2000, Whitacre set a short Latin text for mixed choir a cappella
