Eleph was a town allotted to the tribe of Benjamin, listed near Jerusalem. Its exact location is uncertain.

Elhanan

Elhanan was a warrior of David who killed a Philistine giant; the parallel accounts identify the opponent differently. Another Elhanan, son of Dodo, was one of David’s notable warriors.
Eli

Eli was Israel’s high priest and judge at Shiloh during Samuel’s childhood. Though devout and humble, he failed to restrain his corrupt sons; after the ark was captured and they were killed, Eli died upon hearing the news.

“Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani” means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Jesus spoke these words from the cross, quoting the opening of Psalm 22.
Eliab

Eliab was the name of several Israelites, including a Reubenite, a chief of Zebulun, David’s eldest brother, an ancestor of Samuel, a Gadite warrior, and a Levite musician. David’s brother Eliab spoke harshly to him before David’s encounter with Goliath.
