"Samson Betrayed"
Samson was called by God from before his birth to be a Nazarite unto the Lord. As part of this vow, he never cut his hair or beard.
Delilah worked on him incessantly, trying to learn the secret of his strength, so that she could reveal it to the Philistines, (who had promised her great wealth).
When Samson finally told her the truth about his power, she got him drunk and allowed he Philistines to cut his hair, blind him and imprison him.
