Uzai was the father of Palal, one of the builders who repaired Jerusalem's wall under Nehemiah.
Biography
Nehemiah 3:25 identifies Palal son of Uzai as repairing a section of Jerusalem's wall opposite the angle and tower near the royal palace. Scripture gives no independent narrative about Uzai.

Uzai's significance is genealogical as the father of one of Nehemiah's wall builders.
