Biography
Genesis 25 and 1 Chronicles 1 list Ephah as one of the sons of Midian, who was a son of Abraham and Keturah. Scripture gives no personal narrative about Ephah. Isaiah 60 later mentions Ephah together with Midian in a prophetic picture of nations bringing camels, gold, and incense to Zion, showing that the ancestral name also came to designate a people or territory.
