The name Chazaqiel, also rendered in variant forms such as Ezeqeel, occurs in traditions about the fallen Watchers in 1 Enoch. The present database description calling him a Hebrew Bible figure is therefore misleading. No canonical Old or New Testament passage supplies a biography for a person by this name.
