Archippus
Ancient Roman saint in Colossians 4:17 and Philemon 1:2
Archippus was an early Christian addressed by Paul as a fellow soldier and exhorted to fulfill the ministry he had received in the Lord.
Biography
Philemon 2 includes Archippus with Philemon, Apphia, and the church meeting in Philemon's house, calling him Paul's fellow soldier. Colossians 4:17 instructs the church to tell Archippus to pay attention to the ministry he had received in the Lord and to fulfill it. Scripture does not specify the exact nature of that ministry or provide a later biography.
