Zeeb

Zeeb, meaning “wolf,” was one of the two leading princes of Midian who invaded Israel. He was captured and killed by the Ephraimites after Gideon’s victory.
Biblical Usage
After Gideon routed the Midianites, Zeeb and Oreb attempted to escape across the Jordan. The Ephraimites overtook and slew them, and Zeeb’s defeat is recalled in later biblical references.
