Zalmon, Mount
Mount Zalmon was a wooded height near Shechem. Abimelech and his followers gathered branches there to burn the stronghold of the house of El-berith.
Biblical Usage
Abimelech and his followers cut branches on Mount Zalmon and used them to set the stronghold of Shechem on fire.
