Shimron-meron
Shimron-meron was a royal Canaanite city whose king was defeated by Joshua. It is probably the fuller name of the city elsewhere called Shimron.
Biblical Usage
The king of Shimron-meron is listed among the Canaanite kings defeated by Joshua. The name occurs alongside Achshaph, as does Shimron in another account, supporting the possibility that they refer to the same place.
