Regeneration
Regeneration means new birth or renewal. In Christian teaching it is the work of God’s Spirit by which a sinner receives new spiritual life; it also describes the future renewal of creation.
Biblical Usage
Jesus used the term for the future restoration of all things. In Titus it describes the spiritual renewal attributed to the Holy Spirit, also associated with being born again, becoming a new creature, receiving spiritual life, and having the mind renewed.
