Joahaz
Joahaz is a shortened form of Jehoahaz. It was also the name of the father of Joah, an official who served King Josiah.
Biblical Usage
Joahaz is used for the father of Joah in the account of Josiah’s administration. The form also occurs as an alternative designation for Jehoahaz, kings of Israel and Judah.
