Eziongaber, Or Eziongeber
Eziongaber, or Ezion-geber, was a station of Israel near the Gulf of Aqabah and a harbor associated with Elath. It later served as a base for the maritime enterprises of Solomon and Jehoshaphat.
Biblical Usage
It is named in the account of Israel’s encampments and later in connection with Solomon’s and Jehoshaphat’s maritime enterprises.
