Evil-merodach

Evil-merodach, also called Evilmerodach, was the son and successor of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. He released Jehoiachin from prison, honored him, and allowed him to eat at the royal table.
Biblical Usage
His kindness to Jehoiachin is recorded in Kings and Jeremiah. Jehoiachin had been imprisoned in Babylon for thirty-seven years before Evil-merodach released him.
