Ethanim
Ethanim was the ancient name of the seventh month of Israel’s religious calendar, corresponding approximately to September and October. It was later called Tishri and included the Feast of Tabernacles.
Biblical Usage
Ethanim is identified as the seventh month of the sacred year and the first month of the civil year. Solomon’s temple dedication occurred in this month, and it was associated with vintage offerings and the Feast of Tabernacles.
