ESTEEM
To think, reckon, or regard someone or something as valuable or honorable. Scripture also uses the word for counting or accounting in matters of judgment and Christian conduct.
Biblical Usage
Scripture uses esteem for counting, judging, treasuring, honoring, despising, and regarding someone as of no account. Believers are instructed to count others honorably, while Christ was not esteemed by those who rejected Him.
