Eshcol, The Valley

The Valley of Eshcol, or Brook of Eshcol, was a valley near Hebron explored by the spies sent from Kadesh-barnea. It was noted for its abundant fruit, especially its large clusters of grapes.
Biblical Usage
The spies gathered a large cluster of grapes there and brought it to Israel’s camp as a sample of the fruitfulness of the Promised Land.
