Endor
Endor was a settlement in the territory of Issachar, later held by Manasseh. Saul visited a woman there who was reputed to practice divination on the eve of his final battle.
Biblical Usage
Saul went to Endor to consult the woman on the eve of his final engagement with the Philistines. The place is also associated with the great victory over Sisera and Jabin.
