End
The end may refer to the termination of something, its final outcome, or its purpose. Scripture also uses the term for the final judgment, the completion of God’s purposes, and the destiny of the righteous and wicked.
Biblical Usage
Scripture speaks of the end of all flesh, the latter end of the righteous and wicked, the ends of the earth, and the end of the world. “End” can also express purpose, completion, final judgment, death, eternal life, or Christ as the end of the law unto righteousness.
