Eliphalat is another form of Eliphelet, the name of a man listed among those returning with Ezra and among those who had married foreign wives.
Biblical Usage
Eliphalat appears in 1 Esdras 8:39 and 9:33. The corresponding form in Ezra is Eliphelet, found in Ezra 8:13 and 10:33.
