Debir

Debir was the name of a city in the hill country of Judah, another place near the boundary of Judah, and the king of Eglon. The principal city was also called Kirjath-sepher and was captured by Othniel.
Biblical Usage
Caleb offered his daughter Achsah to whoever conquered Debir, and Othniel achieved the conquest. Debir the king of Eglon was one of five Canaanite kings defeated, captured, and executed by Joshua.
