Cuthah
Cuthah was a Babylonian city or district from which Shalmaneser brought colonists to Samaria. It is commonly identified with Tell Ibrahim, northeast of Babylon, though the identification is not certain.
Biblical Usage
It appears in the account of the settlement of foreign colonists in Samaria (2 Kings 17:24).
