CONCLUDE
To conclude is to reach a judgment or inference from the facts. In biblical usage it may also mean to reckon, give judgment, or shut up, depending on the context.
Biblical Usage
Acts uses the word for drawing an inference. Other passages rendered “conclude” in the King James Version are more precisely translated “reckon,” “giving judgment,” or “shut up.”
