COMMODIOUS
Commodious means convenient, suitable, or well placed. In Acts 27:12 the harbor was judged unsuitable for wintering, despite offering some protection from particular winds.
Biblical Usage
In Acts, the harbor was judged not commodious for wintering, although it provided good shelter from certain winds.
