Collar
Collar may refer to the neck opening or band of a garment. In other passages, the word refers to pendants or ornaments, and possibly to shackles.
Biblical Usage
The collar band appears in the description of a garment. “Collars” among the Midianite spoils are rendered “pendants,” while another related word is associated with shackles.
