Babylonians
Babylonians were the inhabitants of Babylonia. Some were among the peoples settled by Assyria in the cities of Samaria.
Biblical Usage
Babylonians were among the colonists whom the Assyrians settled in the cities of Samaria. Ezekiel also refers to Babylonian likenesses or images that stirred Judah’s desire for foreign alliances and worship.
