Amnon
Amnon was the eldest son of David, who committed a grave offense against Tamar. Absalom later arranged his death; another Amnon was a descendant of Ezra.
Biblical Usage
Amnon’s death forms part of the account of David’s household troubles and Absalom’s revenge. The other Amnon appears only in a genealogical record.
