Adore
To adore is to worship or express reverence and homage. Biblical examples include kneeling, prostration, and other outward signs of devotion.
Biblical Usage
Scriptural examples include prostration before God and the command to “kiss the Son.” The word “adore” itself does not occur in Scripture.
