Adida
Adida was a fortified town near Jerusalem, probably the same as Hadid. Simon Maccabee rebuilt and fortified it during the Maccabean period.
Biblical Usage
Simon Maccabee rebuilt and fortified Adida and later encamped there to meet Tryphon.
