Abinadab
Abinadab is the name of several Old Testament men, including the man whose house sheltered the ark, a son of Jesse, a son of Saul, and an officer of Solomon.
Biblical Usage
The ark remained in Abinadab’s house at or near Kirjath-jearim until David brought it to Jerusalem. Jesse’s son Abinadab served in Saul’s army, while Saul’s son Abinadab died with him in battle.
