Elisheba
Elisheba was the daughter of Amminadab and the wife of Aaron. She was the mother of Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar, and thus belonged to the family from which Israel’s priesthood came.

Elisheba was the daughter of Amminadab, sister of Nahshon, and wife of Aaron. She was the mother of Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. Her name means “God is her oath” or “God is an oath.”

Elisheba is identified as Aaron’s wife and the mother of his sons. Through her children, she belonged to the family from which the Levitical priesthood came.
