Some of the cathedral’s most remarkable features are the stained glass windows, and especially the Great East Window which was completed in 1408. This is considered to be the largest medieval stained glass window in the world. The other remarkable window is referred to as the Five Sisters Window each sectionof which is 53 feet high. With a length of 524.5 feet it’s also the second-largest Gothic church in northern Europe.
