Notre Dame Cathedral de Reims in Reims, France

The architecture is High Gothic. The Cathedral has 71,000 square feet of floor area , and two towers, each 266 feet tall. There are pieces of sculpture and numerous stained glass windows devoted to scenes related to the Virgin Mary and scenes from the lif of Christ.

Notre-Dame de Reims  meaning "Our Lady of Reims") known in English as Reims Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the French city of the same name.  The cathedral was dedicated to the Virgin Mary and was the traditional location for the coronation of the kings of France. Reims Cathedral is considered to be one of the most important pieces of Gothic architecture anywhere.
